Yes, all our meals are fully cooked and ready-to-eat. You can reheat them in an oven or in a pan in less than 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can remove them from the fridge at least 30 to 60 minutes prior to consuming them. It is much better to consume food at room temperature and it also tastes much better.
For most dinners, we recommend reheating them in pan on medium heat. Transfer first to a pan, then add a little bit of water, and cook for 5 minutes.
We recommend to consume the lunches at room temperature. You can take it out of the fridge 30 to 60 minutes before eating.
The lunches can also be reheated but we recommend to remove the leafy greens prior to reheating. You can serve the warm lunch with the lettuce on the side and add the dressing at the end.
The breakfast bowls can easily be reheated by transferring to a pan and cooking for 5 minutes on low to medium heat.
