We deliver reSET programs on Friday evenings between 16:30 - 22:00. 

We deliver reNEW programs on Saturday mornings. 

We offer Swiss-wide delivery. Check for your post code here.

If you are not home during delivery, our delivery couriers will leave your box in your mailbox or, if there is no room in your mailbox, wherever possible. Please make sure to empty your mailbox to leave enough space for your box. You will receive a notification via email and/or SMS prior to the delivery with tracking information and further options provided by your designated courier.

Please note that while our partners will do their best to follow your delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated and we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries that result from these requests. It is your responsibility to be home during the delivery window.

reSET | 5-Day Fasting-Mimicking Diet


reSET is a 5-day program inspired by the fasting-mimicking diet created by Dr. Valter Longo. He has dedicated years of research to achieving longevity, slow ageing, reducing disease and weight management through plant-based and whole food nutrition. You can read more about it in his book “The Longevity Diet” which we highly recommend.

Eat by Alex created this program using the concept of fasting-mimicking which puts your body into a fasting mode while still providing the right nutrients and supplements to your body. The restricted calorie diet makes your body think you are fasting and therefore reset and cleanse.

The package includes all your meals as well as supplements for 5 days. All the meals will be delivered once for the whole week. You can order it here. 


No more than one week every month if you are healthy with a normal weight and if you are regularly exercising.


People who are:

  • Aged between 18 and 60 years old
  • Healthy
  • Healthy weight
  • Feeling strong in their body
  • Not sick – even a mild flu
  • Not taking any medication

  • History of eating disorders

Many people experience few, if any, symptoms during the reSET program. However, some symptoms are indicative of toxins leaving your body. In fact, the more toxins there are to be eliminated, the more symptoms you can experience. These feelings typically pass within the first 3 days.


You may feel weak, flu like symptoms, nausea, dry mouth, constipation or diarrhea, bloating and/or gas, feeling cold, feeling hungry, and irritability. Headaches, ranging from mild to strong migraines, are also very common during the first 2 to 3 days especially when you eliminate caffeinated drinks and refined sugars. Headaches can be relieved by drinking additional water or one black coffee.


Clinical studies have identified potential risks and discomfort associated with low calorie and low protein diets such as reSET, including anxiety, depression, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, headache, hunger, irritability, muscle aches, nausea or spinal pain. You may also feel kidney and liver pain as your body works very hard to detoxify.


The hungry feeling comes from the hunger hormone called Ghrelin which spikes around mealtimes. The reSET program will help you stabilise Ghrelin, and we recommend you leave at least 12 hours between your last meal and the next day’s first meal.
