Hi Corina, can you tell us more about you?
I have been working in the field of yoga, Ayurveda and health for 25 years. My work practice, further education and also life experiences all fit together like pieces of a puzzle to form a whole.
How did you come about coaching women?
When I myself went through menopause, I became increasingly concerned with the needs of women over 40. I combined the most valuable techniques and insights from the fields of yoga, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine and nutrition and developed a holistic method to promote the health and well-being of women.
How can we learn to better balance our hormones?
I advise my clients to recognise hormonal imbalances before and during menopause. Like that they can be regulated naturally and brought into harmony with a healthy lifestyle. With this holistic approach we bring the body, mind and soul back into sync so that you can experience menopause full of vitality and with ease.
