Food Production Team
Sourcing and cooking with the most sustainable produce is key to us! Are you interested in learning to cook plant-based and want to join our plant-based revolution? Get in touch and join our team of chefs !
We are looking for an ambitious, flexible and trained cook to join our production team in Zurich Enge. The part-time job is variable between 60% and 80% over 3 to 5 days a week. We operate from Sunday to Thursday, from 8 am until around 5 pm.
EATbyalex cooks and delivers healthy meals using 100% organic and plant-based ingredients. The ready-to-eat meals are freshly produced every day using whole and unprocessed food and they change on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities as a member of the production team consist of the following:
Kitchen
– Cook meals according to recipes
– Manage customer allergies
– Respect deadline of meal pick-up and delivery
– Rigidly follow EATbyalex’s hygiene concepts
Stock / inventory
– Order and maintain a list of the ingredients needed for the meals
Packaging
– Package meals with a strong attention to detail
Team
– Flexibility with kitchen shifts
– Work as a team and support each other
In addition, you will get the opportunity to add your own touch on existing recipes and create new ones in line with our clean eating concept.
