Recipe for 10 cookies

Dry ingredients
80 g oats
20 g buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
40 g coconut flakes
40 g ground hazelnuts
80 g coconut sugar
20 g cacao power
a pinch of salt

Wet ingredients
25 g melted coconut oil
25 g sunflower oil
25 g water
1 flaxseed egg

For 1 flaxseed egg:
Combine 1 tbs ground flaxseeds with 2.5 tbs water and leave to rest for 5 minutes. It will be sticky like egg white.

Gooey Choco Cookies

Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees celsius fan mode.

First make the flaxseed egg and leave to soak. In the meantime, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a different bowl, combine the wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Make sure the dough is homogeneous and well combined.

Line a tray with parchment paper and make 10 cookies. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
