DIY Wholesome Seed Bread Mix
Our gluten-free seed bread mix is packed with natural proteins & fibres. The mix is made of five different seeds, oats and psyllium husks. In addition to being super nourishing and filling, the seeds will give you a satisfying crunch. This bread pairs really well with hummus, avocado, or simply delicious on its own as a savoury healthy afternoon snack!
Best stored in a dry place, away from the sun. Best consumed after 6 months from delivery.
HOW TO USE
In a large bowl, add 500ml of cold water to the mix and transfer to a small cake mould. Allow to rest overnight if possible or if in a rush you can also just soak for 5 minutes. Bake for 80 minutes at 190 C degrees without a fan.
