Join Alex & her team for a fun night of sharing, learning and cooking around the theme of plant-based and mindful living. You will learn about cooking whole, refined sugar free, unprocessed and gluten free and Alex will also guide you on numerous topics like fibres, plant-based proteins, clean eating & healthy living.

Additionally, an e-booklet with all the recipes that have been cooked will be sent to you so that you can continue having fun in your kitchen at home.

As part of the workshop, you will be cooking in small groups and learning how to prepare more than 15 seasonal recipes that will inspire your mindful journey. The meals prepared will then be shared around a long table – family style!

We have two interesting themes coming up!

In May - Fibres & Protein Diversity in Spring

We will discuss the amazing power of fibre and how to include good sources of fibre in your diet. We will also discuss the importance of protein and how to cook with a variety of proteins. All recipes will focus on seasonal Spring produce and dishes for the warmer months.

June - Understanding Plant Proteins in Summer

We will take a deep dive into proteins, specifically those from plants. Let's break down what proteins are, why they are important, and how to include them in your diet.

The workshop is taught in English and dinner & drinks are included. Only 15 spots available. Check cancellation policy before booking.

Workshop cancellation by participants: No refund in case of cancellation within 10 days before the start of the course or after the start of the course. Free cancellation up to 10 days before the start of the course.

Course cancellation by the organizer: In case of course cancellation by the organizer, the course fee will be refunded in full.
