Join Yoga Nora & EATbyalex for their next cooking workshop on Mother’s Day.
Nora & Alex will teach you their favourite recipes that you can easily execute at home for yourself, your children, your family and your friends. The workshop will be centered around brunch because all these incredible recipes are actually amazing to do for breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks to go and dinner! In addition to being easy to prepare, all the recipes that will be presented during this workshop are 100% natural. What we eat is who we are.

Spring is here, our bodies can already experience the change in the air. Let us show you how to prepare easy and nutritious plant-based recipes that truly transform how you feel in your bodies and that fully energise you.
The workshop is going to be all plant-based with sweet and savoury recipes inspired by Yoga Nora & EATbyalex and here are some of the 24 recipes we will cook and eat together at the end of the workshop:

And for those who attended one of our classes already before, we will have a special group who will execute new recipes like Green Goddess & Pink Princess detox juices and we will also make new smoothie bowls. So loads of options for all !!
Part of this workshop, we will also take time to talk about what is clean eating and how it can easily be applied in your everyday busy lives without making any compromises. This workshop will show you that plant-based food is super tasty, colourful, joyful and good for you. By consuming more plants, you will give yourself more energy, a clearer skin, a better digestion and metabolism and it is also so much better for our planet.
At the end of the workshop,you will get a booklet with all the recipes you executed in groups as well some tips to take back home with you.
No previous knowledge is necessary, we will cover all the bases.
