Join Alex and Jelmoli for a live cooking session on Instagram. We will celebrate spring together by creating the most gorgeous green raw lasagna using fresh and vibrant seasonal ingredients. Jelmoli has put together a stand in the food department with all the ingredients that you will need for the workshop. Pay them a visit !

Green Raw Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients needed

2 medium Rondini zucchini
200 g peas, fresh or frozen (roughly 500 g fresh peas with pods)
125 g blanched almonds
40 g pistachios
2 lemons
2 bunches fresh chives
2 bunches fresh basil
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Watercress
Water
Edible flowers

A blender, food processor or nutribullet
A lemon zester
A sharp large knife
Kitchen towels
