Larissa | Yoga by Larissa
Larissa is a passionate Yoga teacher who lays great emphasis on energetic balance and physical strength. Her teaching style is a mixture of traditional breath-based Hatha-Yoga and powerful Vinyasa-Yoga. It results in a flowy and dynamic practice which strongly focuses on the union of breath and movement. Her intention is it to bring body, mind and soul into harmony and to enable her students to find balance, flexibility and strength on a physical but also on a mental level. She intends to create space for her students to allow them to reconnect with themselves and to guide them on their journey back home.
