The nourishing dinners are the right source of energy for the evening. The meals are cooked to be easily digested. We suggest to have your dinner at least 3 to 4 hours before going to bed.
The dinner bowls offer a large variety of meals like Thai curry, vegetable stews, mash with roasted vegetables and many more. The meals have been designed to offer a balanced nutrition using delicious plant-based and whole food ingredients. Additionally, all our meals are filled with naturally present fibres for a healthy and strong gut.
