We will guide you towards living a more mindful lifestyle. During this one or two week program, you will eat whole food meals prepared and delivered daily by Eat by Alex. You will take extra time for self care, and learn all about nutritious plant-based eating, cooking, and sustainability. Limited spots available!

Green Week | Mindful Transformation

The Green Week Program expands on our 5-Day All Day Meal Plan by adding a 2-Day Do-It-Yourself Kit for the weekend and a one week course on the topic of mindful living, plant-based nutrition, and the Eat by Alex approach. Along with the meals and course, there is a group chat for daily support and sharing.

PROGRAM LENGTH
The program covers all your ready-to-eat meals from Monday to Friday and a weekend do-it-yourself kit. 
This program is available once a month and can be booked for the duration of 7 days (5 days of All Day Meal Plan + 2 days weekend kit) or for 12 days (5 days of All Day Meal Plan + 2 days weekend kit + 5 days of All Day Meal Plan). Please note that the second week doesn't include any further guidance but we will be happy to support you on private chat.

    Delivered daily, first on Monday morning (5 - 9am) and afterwards from Monday to Thursday afternoon (3 - 7pm)
