Each and every bowl at LEANbyalex has been created using layers of wholesome foods.
The first layer consists of a whole grain like lentils, quinoa or black rice. We then add vegetables that have been cooked, steamed, roasted or simply left raw to be as nutrient-rich for you as possible. We love using greens like spinach, kale or rucola and the final touch for some crunch are toasted nuts. The daily bowls come with a different dressing ever day with some of our favourite being miso & tamari, spicy curry and tahini.
