Cosmic Cacao Pots de Crème

These chocolate pots are heavenly! Rich and decadent, but healthy and high in protein because of the cashews and tofu. Our Cosmic Cacao Blend contains the powerful adaptogens reishi and maca, adding an immune boost to this dessert.


Ingredients (makes 4 small pots):

  • 200 grams silken tofu
  • 115 grams soaked cashews
  • 100g 90 to 100% dark chocolate, melted au bain marie
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Cosmic Cacao Blend
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the topping: cacao nibs


Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, maple syrup, Cosmic Cacao Blend, and vanilla extract.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the ganache into 4 little pots
4. Place the pots in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours, or until the crème is firmer.
5. Sprinkle with some cacao nibs before serving.
