We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for connecting with others. As an intern at Eat by Alex you will be encouraged to collaborate with team members across different departments and will receive mentorship to help you succeed and grow in your role.
🔍 Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer success - address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and general support needs in a timely and empathetic manner
- Perform general administrative and office maintenance tasks
- Drive to various locations to support events and other office activities
✅ Qualifications
- Hands on with a passionate and proactive attitude
- Independent, reliable, and organised
- Diligent and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written). French is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license

⏳ Duration
100%, 6 months starting on May 1st, 2024.
💰Compensation
CHF 1500 monthly income
