Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in Eat by Alex.
All our food programs and snacks are prepared and packed on demand. For this reason, orders are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled after dispatch.


1. Order Confirmation

Your order becomes binding once you receive an email confirmation from Eat by Alex.
At that stage, production and packing are scheduled.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer.


2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at:

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered preparation or shipping.
Once the parcel is prepared or handed to Swiss Post, cancellation is no longer possible.


3. After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you are unable to receive your delivery, you may ask a third party to accept it on your behalf.
In case of a missed delivery, a CHF 15 reshipment fee will apply.


4. Subscription or Multi-Cycle Purchases

For multi-cycle or subscription packages (e.g., multiple reSET cycles), all shipments are prepaid and scheduled according to your order details.
You may contact us to adjust your next delivery date up to 3 business days before the planned shipment.
After that, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


5. Errors or Modifications

If you entered an incorrect address or selected the wrong product, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t yet entered production.
