Ingredients
- 4 apricots
- 60 g white balsamic
- vinegar
- 2 teaspoons agave
- 60 ml water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon mild curry
- powder
- 120 g olive oil
Directions
- Rinse the apricots, open in two, and discard pit. Add to blender jar.
- Add all other ingredients and blend until super smooth. About 60 seconds.
