Easy & Fast Power Balls Recipe

Easy & Fast Power Balls Recipe

We love these power balls because they are so quick to make and give you the right boost in the afternoon or when you need a snack. If you follow the recipe and form balls of 44 grams, each ball has roughly 200 calories and 4 grams of natural proteins.

Ingredients

Makes 10

120 g desiccated coconut
120 g pitted dates
120 g hazelnut butter
20 g raw cacao
20 gr cacao nibs
1/4 tsp himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS

Using a blender or food processor, blend or pulse the desiccated coconut with the salt and the dates until dates are not visible anymore. Add the hazelnut butter and blend/pulse as long as it works.  Transfer to a bowl and add all the other ingredients and mix using your hands until the mixture is homogenous.

Form 40 gr balls and roll in desiccated coconut, cacao powder or cacao nibs. Place into the fridge and allow 1 hour before serving or before storing in airtight containers.

Storage: In a fridge, these balls will keep for at least 2 weeks
