Whip up a creamy chocolate dessert using silken tofu, soaked cashews, dark chocolate,
maple syrup, our Cosmic Cacao Blend, and vanilla.
Ingredients
200 g silken tofu
115 g soaked cashews
100 g >80% dark chocolate, 90g for melted au bain-marie and 10g for
garnish
50 g maple syrup or agave
2 tablespoons Cosmic Cacao Blend
1 pinch raw vanilla powder
Blueberries & dried, edible flowers to decorate
Directions
1. To melt the chocolate au bain-marie, bring a small pot of water to a gentle simmer. Place a heatproof bowl over the pot, add the chocolate, and stir until melted.
2. In a blender, combine silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, maple syrup, Cosmic Cacao Blend, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into 16 little pots or glasses.
4. Place the pots in the refrigerator and let them set for at least 1h, or until the crème is
firmer.
5. Garnish each pot with grated chocolate, dried flowers & blueberries.
