INGREDIENTS
(makes 6 pancakes)
90 grams oat flourÂ
180 ml oat milk
¾ large mashed banana
2 tbsp Beet Balance Blend
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
Opt. 1-2 tbsp maple syrup for extra sweetness
DIRECTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, Beet Balance Blend, baking powder and baking soda. Mix together.
- Add the oat milk and mashed banana (and optional maple syrup), and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
- Preheat a pan to medium heat and add a little oil to the pan. Add 2 to 3 big tablespoons of the pancake batter and cook with the lid on top for 2 minutes. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.Â
- Serve your pancakes with some fresh berries, banana and syrup, or any other desired toppings.
