Immunity Tonic

When I was in South Africa I discovered the most amazing immunity tonic. It contains a powerful mix of antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, garlic, and chilli. I make my own at home now to stay healthy during this time of year. Hope you enjoy and stay healthy!


Ingredients for 500ml:

200 g raw ginger
5 roots of turmeric
4 lemons - peeled using a knife
2 tsp black pepper corns
1 peperoncini
4 garlic cloves
10 cloves
250 ml coconut water
1 tablespoon honey
250 ml water
1 tsp of cinnamon

 

Directions:

Blend in high power until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve and transfer to a bottle. Store for up to 4 days in the fridge.

Drink 1 cl every morning!
