How does delivery work?

1. If you ordered a program (reSET, reBUILD, deSTRESS, or reNEW)
You will receive your program on the Wednesday you selected, between 16:00 and 22:00. In some cases, orders may arrive the following day. Rest assured, we've packed your program securely with plenty of ice packs to keep the food frozen.


You can choose your preferred Wednesday using the date picker when ordering your program. Your exact delivery time depends on your shipping location. You will receive further information about your delivery on the morning of delivery from your delivery courier - SwissPost or NoTime.

2. All other items
Dispatched on Monday or Friday via SwissPost Economy (up to 2 days). These items are sent separately from any programs you may have ordered.


All orders over CHF65 are free , otherwise a delivery fee of CHF9.90 is charged.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up at our office on Splügenstrasse 9, 8002, Zürich. We'd love to meet you in person!


Select pick-up at checkout or on the page when adding the product to your cart.


If you choose to pick-up you will receive an email or WhatsApp asking what date/time you'd like to pick-up your order. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00-17:00. After ordering, you can also reach out by email or WhatsApp to let us know when you will come to pick-up.

What should I expect in my program box?

You will receive your whole program in a single package. That includes all meals, supplements and snacks for the entire duration of your chosen program.

You will also receive a booklet containing instructions, guides and other useful information with each program. The booklet may be physical, or you may have a QR code where it can be downloaded.

Please read this booklet first, as it contains all the important information needed.

What should I do when I receive my program?

Frozen food should go straight into the freezer at -18° or colder.


Check the schedule in your booklet and leave ample time to thaw meals (they can take 24-48 hours to thaw in the fridge, you can put them in water if you need to speed up the process).

Check your program's booklet for further information regarding storage and preparation.

What about my program's packaging? 🌍 ♻️

Help us to help the planet by returning the box with all the packaging materials (outer delivery box + ice packs + aluminium inlay). We'll clean them and use them again!


Your box includes a return label. You can return the delivery box, aluminium inlay and ice packs. You can also organise for the Swiss Post to pick up the box at your convenience.

Your booklet included in your program contains all the information you need on how to do this.
