Here are some of the most frequently asked questions.

How does delivery work?

1. If you ordered a reSET program
You will receive your program on the Wednesday you selected, between 16:00 and 22:00. In some cases, orders may arrive the following day. Rest assured, we've packed your program securely with plenty of ice packs to keep the food frozen.


You can choose your preferred Wednesday using the date picker when ordering your program. Your exact delivery time depends on your shipping location. You will receive further information about your delivery on the morning of delivery from your delivery courier - SwissPost or NoTime.

2. All other items
Dispatched on Monday or Friday via SwissPost Economy (up to 2 days). These items are sent separately from any programs you may have ordered.


All orders over CHF 99 are free , otherwise a delivery fee of CHF 9.90 is charged.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up at our office on Splügenstrasse 9, 8002 Zürich. We'd love to meet you in person!

If you choose to pick-up, we will contact you to define a date and a time to pick-up your order. After ordering, you can also reach out by email or WhatsApp to let us know when you will come to pick-up.

What should I expect in my program box?

You will receive your whole program in a single package. That includes all meals, supplements and snacks for the entire duration of your reSET program.

You will also receive a booklet containing instructions, guidance and other useful information.

Please read this booklet first, as it contains all the important information needed.

What should I do when I receive my program?

Frozen food should go straight into the freezer at -18° or colder.


Check the schedule in your booklet and leave ample time to thaw meals. They can take 24-48 hours to thaw in the fridge or you use a microwave to heat them up very quickly.

Check your program's booklet for further information regarding storage and preparation.

Pour rester le plus écologique possible, nous vous avons fourni une étiquette de retour pour nous renvoyer l'emballage complet, à l'adresse de FFF Fresh & Frozen Food.



CARTON EXTERIEUR


Utilisez le carton extérieur pour tout emballer.


Enlevez ou couvrez l'autocollant rouge « SameDay » sur le carton.



INSERT EN ALUMINIUM + POCHES DE GLACE


Veillez à sécher et à nettoyer le sac en aluminium ainsi que les poches de glace avant de nous les renvoyer. S'ils sont mouillés, de la moisissure pourrait se former et nous devrions les jeter.



PICK@HOME PAR LA POSTE SUISSE


Connectez-vous à La Poste Suisse pour organiser un enlèvement GRATUIT de votre boîte. Saisissez les coordonnées de votre domicile et l'heure d'enlèvement souhaitée. Pour un enlèvement gratuit, assurez-vous de choisir l'option « dépôt dans l'entrée accessible de la maison ».
