- 80 g agave syrup
- 120 g oats
- 100 g cashew butter
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 large pinch of salt
- 50 g pistachio - crushed to roll the balls in
Directions
- Using gloves, combine all ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Portion the mixture into roughly 20 pieces, each weighing about 15 grams. Roll each portion into a ball using the palms of your hands.
- Roll each ball in crushed pistachios, ensuring an even coating. Set aside once coated
- Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before eating or storing.
- These balls will keep for a few months if stored in a sealed container.
