Matcha Power Ball

Ingredients

20 power balls | 15 min

  • 80 g agave syrup
  • 120 g oats
  • 100 g cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 large pinch of salt
  • 50 g pistachio - crushed to roll the balls in

Directions

  1. Using gloves, combine all ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Portion the mixture into roughly 20 pieces, each weighing about 15 grams. Roll each portion into a ball using the palms of your hands.
  3. Roll each ball in crushed pistachios, ensuring an even coating. Set aside once coated
  4. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before eating or storing.
  5. These balls will keep for a few months if stored in a sealed container.
