Delivered next business day if ordered by 2pm. Orders over CHF 99 are free.
We created the Longevity Package for people who want to build reSET into an ongoing, science-based longevity routine, rather than a single one-off reset. reSET isn't meant to be a daily habit: this package consists of 2 times 5-day cycles, spaced roughly every 3 months, to support long-term cellular health rather than a short-term goal.
This package is for you if you're focused on healthy aging over time rather than a specific short-term result. If you're not sure this cadence is right for you, our recommended frequency overview compares the Weight Loss, Longevity, and Gut Health packages side by side.
Want the science behind fasting-mimicking and longevity first? Our guide, How a Fasting-Mimicking Diet Can Help You Achieve Healthy Longevity, covers Valter Longo's research on fasting-mimicking diets and healthy aging.
How it works
Your Longevity Package includes 2 reSET cycles, at a recommended pace of one cycle every 3 months for ongoing longevity support.
After ordering, you'll receive both reSET programs in one delivery, and you decide when to start each 5-day cycle. Repeating the cycle on a schedule, rather than using it once, is how this approach to healthy aging is intended to work over time [2]. You will receive an email to remind you when to start your next reSET program.
Key benefits

The recommended frequency above is a broad guideline, not a fixed prescription. reSET isn't suitable for everyone, including if you are pregnant, underweight, taking medications, or managing diabetes, a thyroid condition, or another medical condition. Please consult a doctor or dietitian before starting. For more information, refer to our reSET FAQ page.
