This strawberry chia pudding, made with our Beet Balance Blend, is packed with healthy fats, Omega-3’s, and fiber, keeping you satiated and belly happy for hours.
The combination of chia seeds, coconut milk, and Beet Balance Blend creates the perfect breakfast, supportive of women’s health, gut-loving, and hormone-balancing.
Ingredients (serves 3-4)
- 500 ml full-fat coconut milk
- 500 ml water
- 8 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons Beet Balance Blend
- 10 strawberries
- 2 tablespoons maple/agave/coconut syrup
Instructions:
- Prepare two separate bowls. Divide the chia seeds evenly between them.
- Add 1 tbsp of Beet Balance Blend to one bowl of chia mixture.
- Pour 250 ml of coconut milk and 1 tbsp of sweetener into each bowl. Whisk until smooth and let sit for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, whisk again and add 250 ml of water to each bowl. Whisk thoroughly to prevent lumps.
- Whisk the chia mixture once more after 5 minutes and refrigerate for 30 minutes before assembling.
- Divide the mixture evenly, layering it into 3 or 4 glasses. Alternate layers with chopped strawberries until finished.
- Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 5 days.
- Serve with some more strawberries and/or other fruits and enjoy!
