Ashwagandha and turmeric are powerful adaptogens that could help reduce stress and cortisol levels. Since sleep positively impacts the gut microbiome, and there’s a clear connection between stress and gut health, Ashwagandha could indirectly influence the digestive tract.
Turmeric contains curcumin, which also has potent anti-inflammatory properties and may help reduce inflammation in the body.

Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 frozen apricot halves*
- 2 teaspoons Golden Glow Blend
- 300 ml milk of choice
- 65 ml plant-based yogurt of choice
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
(*You could also use other frozen fruits like mango and pineapple.)
Directions:
- Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
