Pink Pancakes

These delicious pancakes are beautifully pink without any artificial food colouring. Use our Beet Balance blend and get naturally vibrant pink pancakes with all the health benefits!


(makes 6 pancakes)

90 grams oat flour 

180 ml oat milk

¾ large mashed banana

2 tbsp Beet Balance Blend

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

Opt. 1-2 tbsp maple syrup for extra sweetness


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, Beet Balance Blend, baking powder and baking soda. Mix together.
  2. Add the oat milk and mashed banana (and optional maple syrup), and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Preheat a pan to medium heat and add a little oil to the pan. Add 2 to 3 big tablespoons of the pancake batter and cook with the lid on top for 2 minutes. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Serve your pancakes with some fresh berries, banana and syrup, or any other desired toppings.
