🌟 Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated intern with a passion for connecting with others. If you're enthusiastic about food, health, and eager to grow in a dynamic start-up environment, this role is for you! As an intern at Eat by Alex your ideas will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You will be encouraged to collaborate with team members across different departments and will receive mentorship to help you succeed and grow in your role.
🔍 Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer success - address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and general support needs in a timely and empathetic manner
- Perform general administrative and office maintenance tasks
- Drive to various locations to support events and other office activities
✅ Qualifications
- Hands on with a passionate and proactive attitude
- Independent, reliable, and organised
- Diligent and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written). French is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license

💰Compensation
CHF 1500 monthly income
⏳ Duration
6 months starting on May 1st, 2024.
