What's better than your own homemade granola? It’s so easy and so much crunchier than anything you could get in stores. Here is our cinnamon pecan version but you can very easily replace any of the nuts and seeds! The most important are the maple syrup and the oil, they are what gives the crunch!!
Ingredients
For One Jar
120 gr pecan nuts
180 gr gluten free oats
120 gr maple syrup
120 gr pumpkin seeds
80 gr coconut chips
40 gr sunflower oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
80 gr dried berries – optional
Directions
Pre-heat the oven at 180C degrees.
Combine all the ingredients and make sure everything is well coated. Transfer to tray lined with baking paper and spread on a thin layer. Bake for roughly 20 minutes until golden.
Let the granola cool down, add the dried berries if you use them and transfer to a jar. Use a jar that can be sealed – it will allow you to store your granola for up to one month.
It’s amazing with our favourite coconut yogurt from Alnatura or with homemade plant-based milk like cashew milk.
