Your whole 5-day program is delivered on your selected Wednesday between 16:00 - 22:00. Your delivery time depends on your shipping address. You will receive an email/SMS notification on the day of delivery with more information and delivery options from your delivery courier - Swiss Post or NoTime.
Yes, you can pick up at our office on Splügenstrasse 9, 8002, Zurich. We'd love to meet you in person!

If you choose a pick-up you will receive an email or WhatsApp asking what date/time you'd like to pick-up your program. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00-17:00. After ordering, you can email or WhatsApp to let us know when you will come to pick-up.
You can start your program on any day after your selected Wednesday delivery. For example, you can wait and start on Monday morning.
How? The meals in reBUILD are delivered frozen to maintain maximum freshness. Upon delivery, keep your meals frozen until consuming, by keeping them in your freezer. When you're ready to start - thaw the meals for the upcoming reBUILD day in your fridge overnight.
Yes some are. We created reBUILD for you to support your health from the inside out. Your delivery will consist of 10 frozen meals (5 lunches & 5 dinners) and the remaining meals, snacks, and add-ons at room temperature. Store your frozen meals in the freezer. The program is designed to be consumed within a 5-day period to reBUILD your gut health. For maximum convenience your meals are delivered frozen so you may enjoy the meals at your own schedule, if preferred.
Building a healthy gut is a long process. This 5-day program will start you on your journey, and we encourage to repeat the program 1-2x monthly to support digestive health.

- focus on higher protein, and low sugar to balance hormones, soothe stress, and support sleep

We use more than 150 ingredients including all nuts & seeds, dried spices, fresh herbs, pulses & legumes, freeze-dried berries & dried fruits, whole grains and whole grain pasta. We only use unrefined sweeteners like maple syrup, coconut sugar, dates and apple syrup.

At Eat by Alex, we follow a Mediterranean diet approach due to its longevity and disease preventitive effect. Our meals have the following macronutrient breakdown:
Fats:Â 40-45% of daily calories
- The primary source of fats in the Mediterranean diet is healthy fats, mainly monounsaturated fats (from olive oil, nuts, and seeds) and polyunsaturated fats
- Saturated fats, found in foods like dairy, are not found in reBUILD.
- Trans fats and highly processed oils are not found in reBUILD.
Carbohydrates:Â 40-45% of daily calories
- Carbohydrates come from whole grains (like whole wheat, farro, quinoa, and brown rice), fruits, vegetables, and legumes.
- Processed and refined carbs (e.g., white bread, pasta, sugary foods) are not found in reBUILD.
Proteins:Â 15-20% of daily calories
- Protein sources include legumes, nuts, seeds
If you would like to add to your reBUILD meals, below is a list of optional items you can add throughout the week.
FOR MORE PROTEIN
- add your favourite low sugar protein powder to your morning mixes
- sprinkle some more hemp seeds on your meals
- add more nuts and seeds
FOR MORE CALORIES
- add any fibrous vegetables to your meals such as broccoli, bell
peppers, cauliflower - add berries (anytime) and fresh fruits (avoid late during the day)

You will receive 10 frozen meals per order. Each frozen meal is in a vacuum sealed bag, and is about the size of a paperback book. You will need about 1 regular freezer shelf for all the meals.
