Wild Blueberry Shake

Our wild blueberry shake recipe is high in fibres, antioxidants, and vitamin C. These ingredients might even be already in your home! If you want to have a version with more protein, add 10 grams of plant-protein such as ones made from peas or hemp. You also can add a fresh or a frozen banana to make it even creamier.


100 g wild frozen blueberries or any other berries
30 g sunflower seeds
30 g cashews
25 g pitted dates or birnel or agave or maple syrup or whatever sweetener you have
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
300 ml water



In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until it is smooth and creamy.
