HEALTHY
Our menus are rooted in nutrition. Whole foods are our secret weapon. Instead of bread, white rice and pasta, we incorporate ancient grains such as buckwheat, millet and red rice. These complex carbs not only stabilise blood sugar levels, but keep the good bacteria in your gut balanced. Toxins begone.


FRESH
Each of our meals is prepared from organic, locally sourced ingredients, sourced from farmers around Zurich as much as possible. We aim to include as many colours as we can with each meal to celebrate this beautiful world that we live in. Each bowl is a feast for the eyes, and rich in nutrition too.

Our Values

INNOVATIVE
Our goal is to create long-lasting change, both for our clients and the environment. We use between 300-400 different ingredients in our menus weekly so that you always experience excitement when eating clean. Our meals are a burst of flavours, textures and colours. We take a macronutrient approach and treat food as medicine. This is about optimising eating, and making it convenient to boot.



EDUCATIONAL
Because sharing is caring, we are a resource for healthy recipes and conduct culinary workshops that reveal our expertise. Rather than advocate for a rigid, plant-based lifestyle, we encourage our community to embrace flexitarian habits. We don’t deny the benefits of eating great fish, meat or eggs, but by incorporating more plant-based foods into your everyday diet, we’re securing our future on this planet together.

Our Values

MINDFUL
Our kitchen in Zurich is proudly zero waste. We only cook what you order from us. Because our menus are different everyday, there is no inventory or stockpile of food that we cooked the day before. Our food is sourced, cooked and delivered to you fresh each day.



CONVENIENCE
We know that making changes isn’t easy. We’re here to support you along the journey, be it answering questions about specific meals or working around any preferences or allergies you might have. We believe that flexibility should go both ways. Our clients can select up to two dislikes from a curated ingredient list before leaving the task of creating the most diverse and balanced menu to us.
