5 days of Fasting-Mimicking
Your Program Journey Step by Step
You have reduced your calories from your regular diet to about 1100, so your body immediately starts entering into fasting mode. You will also start the process of cellular clean-up, called Autophagy. For some, fat burning also starts right away.
As you further restrict your daily calories to 800, your body starts to produce ketones. By the end of Day 2, ketosis may start where your body switches into a metabolic state of burning fat for energy instead of glucose.
Autophagy continues, triggered by the mild bodily stress fasting causes. Autophagy stimulates a degradation pathway of subcellular compotents and metabolic healing. Fat burning and ketosis increase. By day 3 your body is adapting to your new eating pattern, and hunger feelings should start to reduce.
Autophagy reaches its peak, and you may feel a boost of energy and positive mood. Fat-burning continues, and feelings of hunger are further reduced.
Your body is freshly energised and reset. Cellular renewal continues beyond day 5, with lasting results of fat burning, increased mental clarity, and energy.

I have very good experience with A-life fasting-mimicking program. The daily portions are neatly served, and it is easy to follow. The effect is also very good.
