The reBUILD program which starts your Summer Detox is a 5-day program. The meals are delivered frozen, so you can store them in your freezer and start on your preferred day. After reBUILD you can start your reNEW days.
The reNEW program is delivered frozen, and you can chose to consume your reNEW Days 1-4 on any day of your choosing. We recommend 1 day a week for 4 weeks to practice the 6:1 Intermittent Fasting Method.
