It's super easy, combine the sachet with water, stir for a little bit, transfer the mixture to a tray and tilt the tray to spread the mixture out. Bake for 30 minutes.

This package is good for 1 trays of crackers! 

These protein seed crackers contain flaxseed, psyllium husk, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and buckwheat flour. Psyllium husk is particularly rich in soluble fibre and flaxseed is a good source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a type of omega-3 fatty acid.

Ingredients

flaxseeds*, sunflower seeds*, sesame seeds*, buckwheat flour*, psyllium husk*, salt, dried rosemary*, black pepper powder*

How to use

Combine the sachet with water, stir for a little bit until thicker, and transfer the mixture to a tray. Tilt the tray to spread the mixture out. Bake for 30 minutes at 160C with fan or 180C without.
